Skyline Lacrosse's Winter Workouts are the perfect opportunity for high school athletes to stay sharp and elevate their game during the off season. Held three days a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6 to 7:30 pm—these sessions combine high-intensity lacrosse drills with agility and strength training. Athletes will not only refine their stick skills and game strategies but also build the speed, power, and endurance needed to excel on the field. With a focus on improving athletic performance and staying game-ready, these exciting, well-rounded workouts will keep players motivated and prepared for the upcoming season.
Please note - practice will not be held on December 10th or 12th.
