November 4th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 18th, 20th, 21st, December 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 16th and 18th
Tuesday and Thursdays will be held from 6:30-8:00, Fridays will be held from 7:00-8:00pm
Skyline Lacrosse's Winter Workouts are the perfect opportunity for high school athletes to stay sharp and elevate their game during the off season. These sessions combine high-intensity lacrosse drills with agility and strength training. Athletes will not only refine their stick skills and game strategies but also build the speed, power, and endurance needed to excel on the field. With a focus on improving athletic performance and staying game-ready, these exciting, well-rounded workouts will keep players motivated and prepared for the upcoming season.
